Bucks CC is to close Brill windmill to public !
It emerged at a heated Brill Parish Council AGM, on Tuesday 10th April, after a health & safety inspection that the windmill would need unspecified modifications to allow it to re-open to the public, and until such work was carried out it would have to stay closed to the public
